-Sensory Yoga -
begins as a 3 day event during China’s Golden Week. During these 3 days we will explore both inner and outer space using our senses as the medium. Themed vivid imagery will accompany carefully selected ambience and guide us through the manipulation of mind and body.
多感官瑜伽体验是一个在国庆长假 5，6，7号三天以瑜伽，音乐，视觉来分享意识，身体，感官的多重体验活动。

Jo Wang is an experienced yoga teacher who conducts a well detailed and balanced style of yoga. She instructs with love and sincerity , creating a lesson that combines elements of ambience, meditation and focused breathing. This method allows participants to really enjoy the experience and leave with a peaceful mind and body.
